This is a great WWII example of an M1909 Daisy Mae fatigue cap used by the U. S. Marines, with a great period EGA affixed to the upturned brim on the front of the cap. This is interesting as these caps were meant to have the brim downturned. The cap is roughly size 6. The EGA is affixed to the front of the brim with a washer that has been in place for a very long time, and we have not attempted to remove it. The cap
