Nerium oleander Hardy Pink Lilium they must have a coldNerium 'Hardy Pink' is a 2002 Plant Delights JLBG introduction of a pink flowered oleander we selected in Raleigh, NC, after our 9 degrees F arctic blast in 1984. Although the foliage of Nerium oleander 'Hardy Pink' burns when the temperatures hit single digits, we have never had a problem with root hardiness.
