Fermentation takes place in large 80 hectoliter barrels, where it rests before being racked into slightly smaller barrels for a whole year. Bottled without fining or filtration. This is just like your classic Piemontese Nebbiolo, but with broader shoulders and brighter fruit that certainly compete for attention with
