A silver Cross Patte with dual ball finals and black enamel lettering and boarders, on a fixed loop and ring for suspension from its period original ribbon using a dual needle pin,the cenre in bronze gilt presenting a leftward facing white enameled eagle within a green enameled laurel wreath, bearing the orders name on the arms of the cross in black enamels, the reverse with a similar bronze gilt centre,
