Germany, HJ. A Winter Service Cap visually-hidden and single dark olive khaki(HJ Wintermtze). An extremely well preserved HJ winter service cap, constructed of padded black wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side panels which slope downward toward the front, providing optional ear and neck protection to the wearer. When not in use, the panels roll up and are secured in place with a functional aluminum buckle. Stitched onto the peak is an HJ insignia executed in multi coloured machine embroidery, measuring 15 mm (w)
