Sierra de Toloño Alvesa Rioja Blanco, 2023 chardonnay and earthy minerality100% Viura co planted with Tempranillo at 650 meters high in the mountains of Toloo. It is made in tank, with 10% going into used French wood. Bottled without going through malolactic to balance Viura's natural, more giving, texture.
