Yucca elata Hidalgo Baptisia Hymenocallis 'Tropical Giant' is an(aka: Yucca elata RCH719) Yucca elata 'Hidalgo' are our seed grown plants from a Randall Hitchin seed collection in Hidalgo County, New Mexico at 4,260' elevation, where it grows widespread along the highway. In cultivation, we rarely see Yucca elata exceed 2 3' tall, but if your grandkids live long enough and still live in the same house, they may see stunning 10' tall specimens.
