A Membership Card Of Group Silesia, 1934 Newly Listed tightly wrapped around black celluloidThe card was issued by the Reichsluftschutzbund (National Air Raid Protection League) regional group Silesia, district of Liegnitz (present day Legnica, southwestern Poland), local group of Glogau (present day Gogw). The owner is member no. 1618, Mr. Artur Nippe, born April 23, 1894. He joined the organisation in 1934. Measuring 127 mm (w) x 109 mm (h), with some scuffing and creasing, especially at the top, remains near very fine.
