Germany, Third Reich. A First Class Cross Of Honour Of The German Mother Auction Archive The Order of Netherlands’s Lion(Ehrenkreuz der Deutschen Mutter in Gold). Constructed of gilt bronze with multi coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, obverse presenting as a blue and white enameled cross patte with an elongated lower arm with a central emblem depicting a swastika ringed with an inscription of DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER (The German Mother) with arms connectied by stylized sun rays, reverse bears engraved institution date of 16. Dezember
