Germany, Heer. A Heer Obergefreiter Rank Chevron Archive gloss finish(Heer Obergefreiter rmelwinkel). Constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire tresse, around a central silver grey threaded rank pip, the reverse with an illegible makers mark, measuring 86 mm (w) x 76 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
