S. Troops on D Day. Manufactured by various American Companies, each legging has an interior stamping which reads; "LEGGINGS, CANVAS, DISMOUNTED, M 1938" "3R" with Makers details and dated 1942 1943. After many years in storage, never issued, the tan canvas is in tip top condition, the grommets, hooks
