Constructed of iron and metal alloy, consisting of a Cross Patte with a blackened magnetic iron core within a ribbed silvered frame, the obverse with three central oak leaves, the six oclock arm with a reinstitution date of 1939, the reverse with a block hinge and banjo style pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 43. 85 mm (w) x 43. 88 mm (h), weighing
