Constructed of silvered bronze in the shape of a flag with red and blue enamels, the reverse with a threaded screw back consisting of a post and backing plate, marked by the Moscow Mint and numbered 434, measuring 33. 5 mm (w) x 26. 5 mm (l), a scarce badge in extremely fine condition.
