Instituted 30 January 1938. (1938 1943 issue). Constructed of silvered aluminum, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a double sided oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the top and bottom by ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised Reichsarbeitsdienst (Reich Labour Service RAD) insignia, the reverse bearing an inscription of FR TREUE DIENSTE IM
