Original U.S. WWI Remington Mark III Brass Frame Flare Signal Pistol - Serial 5806 Brown Bess Musket Parts The ground echelon arrived onOriginal Item: Only One Available. This is a fantastic condition World War One flare pistol made by the Remington Arms Company at their factory in Bridgeport Connecticut between 1915 and 1918. It uses a 10 gauge flare in a 9 inch steel barrel designated the MARK III. Normally these would be marked with all the manufacturer information across the top of the barrel, but unfortunately due to overzealous cleaning in the past, all information is worn away.
