This is a very nice WWII German Heer Army Officer's Bullion Dress Brocade Belt. These belts were worn with the dress uniform for ceremonial occasions, and were standard issue to all officers with their dress uniform. This example is maker marked to F. W. Assmann & Shne, but is missing the end of the buckle as shown. The belt is a die struck stamped, aluminum alloy based construction. It depicts the Wehrmacht Heer
