In its hardshelled case of issue, maker marked "WOODS MANUFACTURING COMPANY OTTAWA, CANADA" on the inside lid, case also extremely fine, in a white cardboard presentation sleeve hand inscribed "Officer" in black ink and "(FEMALE)" in blue ink.
