An attractive badge in toned hollow stamped silver, obverse presenting laurel and oak wreath tied together at the base via a ribbon, with the principle observer insignia in strong red, white and black enamels, affixed using two flat wire prongs visible on the reverse, adorned by the Prussian State Crown, reverse with a sun ray design with a vertical pin assembly, a barrel hinge, a flat catch and flat pin, silver hallmark 800 on
