A very nice example of a RAD Officer's cap in very nice condition

but it found widespread use in all Army branches

and the south was put under the administration of  Pro-Germany Fascist government based in Vichy

This is a nice patinated example of a War Merit Cross KvK 1st Class in Silver with swords, manufactured by Wilhelm Deumer of Ldenscheid, a city with a major garment accessories industry. Deumer is one of the more desirable makers, with a distinctive style and long history. This example in zinc alloy has a lovely patina, and looks to have lost almost all of the original silver wash, and now displays an oxidized gray
