An Iron Cross Ii Class Document, Signed By Oak Leaves Winner Generalmajor Hans Schlemmer, 1942 certificate_of_authenticity inscribed “FJ” for “Franz Joseph”The document is named to Gefreiter (Lance Corporal) Bartzsch (no first name given) of the 2nd Company of Infantry Regiment 446. It is dated to April 20, 1942 and signed in blue crayon by the Commander of the 134th Infantry Division, Generalmajor Hans Schlemmer (1893 1973), a recipient of the Knights Cross with Oak Leaves. Measuring 140 mm (w) x 200 mm (h), with light scuffing and a folding crease, remaining better than very fine.
