Original Italian Post-WWI Very Rare Officer’s Kepi with Artillery Buttons and Reproduction Airship Officer Insignia Stitched to Front British Holsters not intended for use inOriginal Item. Only One Available. This is a very scarce Italian Post First World War Officers Kepi for an artillery officer as denoted by the buttons holding in the rigid oilcloth chinstrap. The underside of the sweatband is inscribed Pogario 57, which may denote the name of the officer the cap was tailored for, and the size, 57. The makers logo depicting an eagle clutching a fasces dates this to the 1922 1944 period. The kepi is very rigid and stiff
